Truck Driver’s Arbitration Case to Make SCOTUS Pit Stop

A trucking company sued by a truck driver for failure to pay minimum wage got the green light from U.S. Supreme Court Feb. 26, which will weigh in on whether the case should be arbitrated.

Dominic Oliveira was working as an independent contractor when he signed an agreement with New Prime Inc. containing a provision that any disputes arising from the agreement would be arbitrated.
